Co- founder and operations management leader, Balaji has over 15 years of experience in operations and project management. He is also the founder of Electrical engineers consortium, a consulting and project delivery network in the field of electrification of large infrastructure and building projects.
He is responsible for Client services and business operations, building processes and systems that enable efficiency.

Veena. S, Head of Consulting and Solutions

Veena has 15 years of experience in managing technology products, projects and people in the IT industry. She has played pivotal roles in management positions for MNCs like Honeywell, Cognizant Technologies and Datacard Corporation. She is a certified green belt in Six sigma and also drives the initiatives to bring in best practices from the IT industry.
